1. The service

scanners.network provides authorized, observation-only security scanning and monitoring of domains you control: read-only checks of DNS, TLS, HTTP security headers, certificates, and related public configuration, with alerts when something changes. It does not perform intrusive testing, exploitation, port scanning, or any action that modifies your systems.

2. Authorized use only

You may add a domain only if you own it or are explicitly authorized to test it. By adding a domain you represent and warrant that you have that authority. We require you to prove control of each domain (a DNS record or a file you publish) before any scan runs, and we re-check that proof periodically; scanning stops if it disappears. You must not use the service to scan, probe, or monitor any domain or system you are not authorized to assess.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system; attempt to circumvent the consent and verification controls; resell, redistribute, or republish data obtained through the service in violation of any third-party provider's terms; or use the service unlawfully. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Advisory nature — no guarantee

Findings and advisories are informational and provided on a best-effort basis. The service does not guarantee that your systems are secure, that all issues are detected, or that any finding is complete or error-free. You remain solely responsible for your own security decisions and remediation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Third-party data

Some features rely on third-party sources (for example certificate-transparency logs, vulnerability databases, and optional intelligence providers). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and your use of those features may be subject to the relevant provider's terms.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew until cancelled. Prices and plan features may change on reasonable notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, in particular any unauthorized scanning.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
